I looked through all the mags today (and then bought a 35p newspaper).
The only news I could find of Nikki was the fashion article in NOW and a snippet somewhere else of her being sighted eating out with two male friends (we already heard about this).
I hope she is just staying low while CBB is on and isn't preparing to do anything stupid.

I'd say shes taking all of the advice of her agent, and so far its working well for her, so ive no worries we're going to hear good things soon (although id prefer sooner rather than later but thats only cos im getting impatient!!)
but i'd say Nikki is working for the long haul and not just for the moment where she really could have milked it if she wanted.... fgs look what John Noel have done for Jade!!!!!

Hope she keeps taking the advice.
I'm also getting impatient but it's better to make sure her next move is the correct one for Nikky.

It's only natural that things will slow down a little while CBB is on. It's been quieter about all the other housemates, as well. I think we have been spoilt because of the magazine interviews and TV appearances over Christmas and New Year. Nikki is in a transition period between being a "former BB contestant" and trying to becoming a TV personality. It good that she is starting to be referred to as Nikki Grahame rather Big brother 7 Nikki. It is important for Nikki to take her time to decide what she wants to do in the future, rather than take the first offer she gets.
The obvious advice is to build up a profile early on when leaving the house, get some PAs under your belt, do a couple of magazine articles, all the usual stuff. Get yourself out there, let people 'get to know you', get your face on screen a couple of times if you can.

Morning all......The public I agree can and will soon tire of any personality that is continually being thrust at them. Nikki's agents imo have taken a more long-term view of her career than they did with Pete's. It may all be just down to the PR advice and whether it was taken or not.
But whatever strategy they worked out for her, at the moment seems to be paying off, and I for one have been pleastantly suprised by the hard work that she has put in over the last 5 months or so.

I agree phil - and with Notaword that Nikki needs to make sure that she does it right and so far her agents seem to have done a good job.
Saw the shocking show thing that was repeated last night - thought Nikki had a fair showing - she was at least allowed to make her excuses for the things she'd done - other people were just slated. Lea was nice about her too I thought

The problem is JN has Jade Chantelle and Nikki.At the end of the day he is going to concentrate on who is going to make most money for him and there is only so much work offers for ex BB contestants.Already ive noticed Chantelles work is drying up except for a few mag and tv appearances and scraping the bottom of the barrel with a biography that bombed.He is going to give the best work offers to Jade as she must have made a mint from her.Nikki will get the leftovers she doesnt want and i think Jade will make sure of that as well as Jade could threaten at any time to get a new agent and he wont be wanting to lose her

Don't know about that Jane. I think that Jade has had her day now especialy after this CBB farce. I think they will realise Nikki has more potential. It doesn't matter if they have made a fortune from Jade there is no loyalty in this business. Hope Nikki stays out of CBB though.

I may be wrong but I think I read on another thread that Jade had only signed up with John Noel about a year ago. She was represented by Max Clifford when she came out of BB.
If that's right then JN saw potential in Nikki when she was on BB and not in Jade. They were wrong of course - about Jade.
What the implications are I don't know. They may feel they can do more with Nikki - or they may feel they have to give Jade the major work
