Well, it's not a waste of money, purely because the media are bound to get ahold of it, and as such the creator will get his money back and more.
Also, he could easily put a banner on there, and earn his money back (and more) in a day. Davids publicity/creation of the 'organisation' is an instant hit-creator.
So ultimately, this is a small investment for what could be a nice little earner

I really wouldn't say they are BOUND to, aside from getting a guaranteed bunch of hits over the next few days I can't see it having any longevity or the media being interested.
You could be right of course, it could take off, earn the owner a heap of money and get bought out by someone big...but that's a slight possibility rather than something that's bound to happen

p.s niether of us can get sued becaus eof the images of the chinese girls as they are from a stock image library - and I can say that my images were paid for! cant speak for the other chap though.
BTW the domain was cheap as chips and to be honest with you, ive spent twice the amount of time and money in a pub, only to end up having a really boring evening, instead i spent the evening, pissing myself laughing while photoshoping my rediculous idea together, by FYI yes - it does get hits to websites and thats what were in the business to do!
