So how are we going to fill the extra week when Jimmy dropped out.
Will there be just 2 couples in the final or are we in for a week like they did on Dancing with the stars??

I am very surprised to hear that they are doing 2 dances next week. There are only 6 dances left (or 7 if you include the Jitterbug which is on the BBC website). So there aren't enough dances left for 4 weeks, and definitely seems to rule out the option of a final with only 2 couples.
Is the "filler" week going to be something completely different? A pro competition or something like that?

I had a look on the BBC press release site and there is nothing down for Saturday 16th December at all - no mention of SCD just Robin Hood and Casualty!!!
I think it will be just 2 in the final possibly doing 4 dances Ballroom Latin free style and there personal favourite from the serris
I'm talking rubbish, aren't I? 6 dances IS enough for 4 weeks, because I was forgetting that in the final they repeat their favourites.
