this is probably the most random question but, does casualty finish forever this year?
on a website, it said that all the cast leave this year.
it probably isn't true but i just wanted to check.
thank you

No, Casualty is not ending. It's BBC1's second highest-rating drama next to EastEnders.
The ED closure storyline has been done before. It's just something to pass the time! We all know that Holby City ED will not be closed!

Well they're currently filming for March/April, so no, it doesn't look like that's the case

No, casualty will not end. but does anyone think that casualty has been boring for the last couple of years. i do, i like the old series. like season 1 to 17. the new opening music for series 20 is horrible.

I know its 'pretend' but, given the amount of aggro/stress the staff in an ED would be subjected to, it seems reasonable to have a large turnover of staff. They could probably only last so long before 'burning out' would set in.
Personally, I like it when there are changes in staff, keeps it fresh. While the old-timers like Charlie, Josh etc give the 'comfort' factor.
Long may it continue!

I think Casualty is stronger than ever at the moment. The past 3 seasons have been amazing and my absolute favourite. Saturdays episode in particular was excellent, using different camera techniques and playing with the lighting. It seemed really dark and gritty compared to normal.

The new theme tune is brilliant and harks back to the original but with a dramatic modern twist. For me, Casualty can go one for ever!!
