Absolutely. What difference does it make? Not everyone has an athletic body, nor do they need to. I think the sniping at Lauren is utterly disgusting. If she has issues around her body (which a lot of people have regardless of their actual shape) then when she comes out and hears what the likes of Phina and Faye (who isn't exactly Paula Radcliffe herself) will hurt even more.

She does have that body shape but I personally think she had nice eyes and quite a good looking face. I would much rather be with someone who looked like her than Phina, who I don't find attractive at all.
Maybe if women read some books once in a while instead of Heat they would care about it less. It annoys me that women palm it off as men wanting slim women and that being the drive behind this new wave of body fascism when really its women who instigate and perpetuate it. My first thought when I saw Lauren was a Polar Bear. Her shape and dyed blonde/ginger hair put me in mind of polars but her physique is definitely bruin.
Its just a turn of phrase, sorry if its devastated you but I think more likely you're just looking for a fight which I'm totally not interested in joining in. I think most people probably got what I meant, I'll try to spell things out in a more bland and straightforward way in future to avoid these kind of problems.
I'd much rather look like Lauren does than be athletic like Phina & have the personality that she does. She's not a nice person at all IMO.

Most people in the entertainment industry are body fascists. 'Fat' people (anyone over a size 8 in their opinon) are much maligned. LA entertainment types like Phina are particularly brash and shallow. She probably picked it up from hanging around them too long. It doesn't matter how ugly you are, as long as you're thin (and rich), you're beautiful.
Being pear shaped like Lauren is apparently much healthier than being like an apple with two spaghetti legs hanging down , perhaps she wouldn't have body issues if people didn't keep harping on about anyone who doesn't have a perfet body
