This is gonna make me unpopular as I know Myleene is a strong favorite and very well liked here. However Im just confused on why she is so popular. With all due respect to her fans on here.

She hasnt done a trail, where Malandra has considering she's there a week less. Phina even got to do another, considering she was voted twice in the public vote.

On one hand, its noticable that she is a geniunely nice girl. Ive seen alot of her since popstars in 01, on tv being interviewed, interviewing very big celebs ect and was pleased to hear she was doing the show.

She's a big fan of big brother and her views do be very true and well put i found when on bblb and bbbm.

I know she's appearing as one of the more level headed members, but in the bushtelegraph i do find her very annoying. The way she gives her views on other's like David and when ppl come back from the trail. Its abit like she's "little miss perect".

She does alot of the chest trails though, which are more physical and mentally challenging but hasnt done a btt, which are alot worse and are known for the snakes, spiders, rats, heights, water, dirt ect.
If she doesnt do one in tomorrow nights show, I really hope she gets voted off. There's no excuse for her not doing one now.

Im growing abit tired of this myleene in the shower footage. And in saturday nights show, the lying out on the bed and pouting shots, does make me wonder.

Kind of agree. It's also what they choose to show of her. Her shower sequences are quite seductive, sticking out her breasts and bum, but maybe I would do the same, because it's a popularity contest, and everyone wants to win. I do think she should do a trial, thought she would have jumped at the chance. Maybe she will today.

Dean was highly acclaimed for his BTT and is now almost invisible in terms of talking points here on the forum.

I don't honestly know what Mylene would have to do to become favourite over David and Jason, given the hour edits.

But she needs to raise her profile more if she's to win or wants to win. Playing safe as she is just now, will see her third place at best.

By doing trails though, it does seem to earn them votes. Lauren was in the btm 2 last night and was save tonight. Dispite any editing, she did a trail and was save last night, but tonight Malandra was nearly out.

+I agree about Dean. Since his 1st trail, he seems to be really popular, which i dont know why. Ppl should get over it now. Then again Matt is popular also, because he's just a young, nice guy and they will get votes. And Jason as well, he's really popular also. However I find his on a life changing journey very tiring and boring now.

However thats what i get from Myleene, playing the save game. Being nice, level headed and using her looks.
Its annoying me personally to why she hasnt done a trail, her and faith should both have faced one by now.

She's in the invidious situation of being good-looking, charming and articulate. Being such a nice girl, she's probably going to amazed at the amount of shower coverage she's had. Well, no she won't, because she's also bright, and knows how to get half the population reaching into their trouser pockets to get their ... phones out to vote for her continued survival.

She is very nearly too good to be true. In a way, it would be probably quite a good idea for to lose her temper and have a stroppy session, so as to demonstrate her "emotional range". But that's fairly unlikely, I think.

It is only now that she has a chnce of doing a trial, since the camp itself started choosing.
Lauren and Matt (and somebody else?) had a turn because they hadn't done a trial, and now Myleene may get a turn.

They all did a trail up until the public stopped voting. Apart from Toby (who was voted off), Lauren, Matt, Malandra, Faith and Myleen.
Two have gone by now that the group decided themselves, in which both have involved three people.
Matt and Malandra did their's on friday and Lauren did her's on saturday. Jason and Dean now have done two and Phina three. Myleene had plenty off chance to say she thinks its only right she gets to do one, as (a) its only fair on the others who did one already, and (b) its only fair for herself to get the chance before she's voted off. To be she seems to be avoiding them.

Your right about it being the public's choice. And the fact that the public didn't choose her was because she was inoffensive and liked.

I'm glad she is getting to do one tomorrow as it should raise her profile and lend character to her.

She needs to be more than what she has been portrayed to stay in the top three in this competition as people like Matt who has done nothing could overtake her when he gets to do one. Why? God knows...but it seems the way with these shows.

Agree about Matt, he doesnt need to do much, as busted fans ect, will vote for him, just because he's Matt from busted. He could get into final two, his fan base is alot stronger than the others. Teenage girls get really vote for their idols.

Like that Kenzie fool in the circus show, his performaces are rubbish, but it's ok with fellow contestants and appears acceptable, because he's the popular Kezie with hugh fan base. But when a better performer like Sophie Anderson gets the public vote, she gets booed by the crowd and frowned open by her fellow contestants who were better.

I'm unsure what Myleene is expected to "do" to make her more deserving of support Apart from david, all the big personalities are seen negatively so far imo - Scott, Phina (now anyway), Jan. Myleene is shown to get on with everyone, doesn't bitch, puts her all into the chest challenges, comforts people when upset etc. She needed to do a BTT and I too was surprised she didn';t do todays, but she wasn't going to fight for it!! That's not her style. I think she knew she'd get one over the next couple of days so wasn't desperate (unlike some others).

She's not the entertainer of the group and won't ever be able to compete with David for that title, she's just quietly doing her thing and ready to shine when the time is right...hopefully tomorrow during her trial.

Is it in some way that the other celebrities aren't actually washing at all, and that the only person who the producers can show taking a shower is Myleene? Or is it that the producers choose to show Myleene taking showers?

There were plenty of contetsants who hadn't done a trial until the evictions started - but as others have said, it was hardly their fault.

By the time of this third (if memory serves) voluntary BTT - they'll have rotated things so that everyone has done a trial - how can that be a source of annoyance?

I don't watch IACGMOOH, but I would struggle to vote for Myleene; I'm surprised at her popularity (if she is popular) tbh.

I don't hate her, btw - she is very attractive and intelligent and articulate etc. I just hate the way things fall into her lap, like the I'm-doing-the-[easy]-OU-astronomy-course = everyone thinks I'm a genius and it makes the news etc. thing or the I'm-a-competent-but-not-sensational-pianist-but-I'm-gorgeous = lots of record sales thing. These things aren't her fault of course (way of the world etc.), but that doesn't make them (and by association her) any less irritating.
