The producers must have thanked their lucky stars when Myleene did that BTT. It meant they were guaranteed another bikini shot when she went to wash off all the eel slime

Like with BB, the producers seem to have cast the contestants into particular roles and edit them accordingly. Phina the superbitch, Myleene the bikini babe, David the joker, etc.

We can't be surprised about that though

Wasn't she terrific!
Fair play, that was some BTT she carried off.

As someone said elsewhere, can you imagine how Scott would have taken it??

She did really well. I found myself wondering how long Scott would have lasted if he's got that one

How many of them would have been brave enough to hold their breath when the water got that high?

I don't think poor 'one meal Scott' would have survived more than one minute.
If worms & insects freaked him out so much, imagine his reaction when lots of something that sounded that large & heavy plopped in the water!

Mind you, I would have loved to have seen that.

The scary bit IMO was the water over her mouth and nose and she stood there and took it! Well done Myleen

Are you being serious

Myleene had to stand in the dark with water rising around her with a few eels. She only held her breath for a matter of seconds (about 10 - 15) at the very end. Trial time from start to finish 9 mins.

How many people on this forum accused the producers of giving Jan easy tasks, all the while she jumps out of planes, goes down mine shafts and puts her hand into unknown territories, conquer her fear of snakes and eat Whittety(sp) Grub smoothies etc...People even accused Jan of lying about her snake fears because she was too calm - well Myleene seemed pretty calm considering fear of the dark was her phobia and she has not long got over it

If Jan had been given that trial, I'm pretty sure the accusations on this thread would not have been as kind as they are at the moment.

Myleene's BTT was the easier version of David's!

It shouldn't be forgotten she's a trained singer who's training involved controlling her breathing (in relation to holding her breath underwater)!

They didn't show Jason and Phina after the 'operation' trial did they? They were more gungy than Myleene.

Put your glasses on Komol.

She had slime down her back.
Ant & Dec said it was stinking in that box.

According to the front page of today's Daily Star, Phina & Lauren weren't impressed by Myleene's BTT and "refused to get up and congratulate her", then "bitched about her behind her back" leaving Myleene "distraught that her big moment was ruined by those two".

I don't believe the producers would lose an opportunity to show Phina is a bad light!

Also, if that was the case why did Lauren say that Myleene was one of her favourites to win??

Plus since the "spider-on-bed" incident, Lauren has been very complimentary of Myleene

Hmmmm. The Daily Star.

I wonder if they ever wrote anything about David?

People just don't get it with Scott, he's not a big celebrity at all, he knew he was never going to win it in a month of sundays, he got a big pay packet for doing it, he wasn't that bothered about eating because none of his crew EVER eat anyway, he had his cigarettes and basically he didn't give a monkeys. blame the idiots who kept voting for him to do the trials. he did his best to make it clear he was never going to suffer any amount of discomfort, but people voted him to do them anyway.

as for mylene's task, it wasn't exactly demanding, stand there in water for three minutes whilst some eels meandered about.

It was 9 minutes in the dark, with rising water and lots of eels were swirling over (and touching) her body
