Why does everyone assume that the two people who are left on the show must be the two people with the least votes?

Couldnt it be that the one with the least votes is there and just one other random person??

Firstly, because it's made sense for that to be the case for years. Secondly, if this guys figures are correct, then every time the bottom 2 have indeed been the bottom two. But of course if this guys figures are correct, then Jan has had one hell of a dip in her figures.
