It's so bad that joining a band and all that happening to her.

that was a bit sad, but in the clip about family, she says something about reality tv and not letting them get to you, blah blah, so is what we are seeing, the real mylene ?

I remember seeing it when it was on telly at the time and thinking (and I'm being honest here):

"stupid bitch, all this is just or attention. pleeease get off my tv screen."

But I don't really know where my hate for her came from thinking back.

I am glad I really like her now because she is just a normal nice person. It's kind of changed my views of celebrities altogether.

I figure I shouldn't really hate people just because they're in the public eye even though it's so easy to.

When I first saw Myleene on Popstars I thought - No-one can be that nice all the time, it must be fake. But now I really believe she is just a nice person.

When Noel was on Trust Me I'm a Holiday Rep you could tell he was in the same position. He didn't want to be around large groups of young people because he was scared what they would say or do.

Thanks for posting, mhtk. I watched all the segments, and it explains alot about how Myleene's presenting herself in the camp. Very enlightening.

I'm glad I didn't see this before IACGMOOH because I don't think I would have liked her at all! There's something about the whole interview that seemed staged and wooden. It's probably Frank Skinner's interviewing technique but, I just didn't like her.

I remember this entire interview, and I warmed to her considerably because of it.

She was thought of as the bitch in Hearsay back then, along with Kym Marsh.

I rememebr this interview too..and dont think it was staged or for attention.Remember this was when they had just split up and she had been thrown into the spotlight and they had been slated by everyone except 9 year old girls.

I thought Hearsay were pretty good even if they were created by the Popstars..they had nothing to go on as to how it would all turn out as this was before Pop Idol etc so couldnt have known that the public who voted them together would eventually turn on them.

If soneone told me I was a bitch because someone had told them I was but they had never met me..I would be pretty angry and upset too..Myleene couldnt get angry like a normal reaction would be or she would have been on the front page of every newspaper as having an anger problem..so she got upset and let it get to her..she is human afterall.

If Myleene has been acting for almost 3 weeks on IACGMOOH then she deserves an oscar..she has come across as extremely pleasant,caring and has the patience of a saint..she has been tolerant of others in there at times when I would have flipped.

I would be quite happy if Myleene won this show...and after watching that clip again it has made me want her to even more.

Noone can have a bad opinion of her after this show surely..but there will still be those out there who say she was acting the whole time..

Yep, I remember watching this interview and I didn't particularly think it could have been an act at the time.

The whole Popstars thing was blown up out of proportion and the group didn't cope well with it. She has come across quite well on IAC.

Some people are 'just nice'... I would say Noel is... although probably even morese than Myleene. I watched the first few episodes of th 'Holiday Rep' and thught that he came across as a very nice chappie albeit rather linear and one-dimensional.
