I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but the Wine-Waiter who usually hands the evicted celebrities their glass of champaigne, has not been since Scott's eviction, when the glass was almost snatched out of his hand without a word of thanks by the afore-mentioned celebrity.

Since then, the glass has just been left waiting on the table.

Any connection?

I noticed that as well. Perhaps he's gone to rehab

That's just what I thought. I think I would have refused to stand there with a drink after Scott's rudeness.

Perhaps they couldn't pay him enough.

I hear £100,000 a show is pretty tricky to come up with...

Well what I did notice is that When Scott was eliminated, he just walked straight past the waiter snatching the glass off him without even acknowledging him. As though the waiter was an invisible low-life....

...If you can get to watch Scott's eviction again,..watch the waiter's reaction.
Normally the waiter just stands still with their head facing forwards...As Scott snatches the glass off him the waiter appears to turn his head and give Scott a 'look'.
It was as though the waiter was offended by Scott blatantly treating him as a worthless, inferior being, and you can vicisbly see the waiter turn his head around looking at Scott as he went past and sat down as though the waiter was thinking, "How rude...A thank you would have been nice".

If you can find that clip on youtube or somewhere, tell me what you think.
It definitely looked like the waiter was giving Scott a dirty look for completely disregarding him as a worthless slave.

It was after Scott's elimination from the game that I noticed that they stopped using the waiter.
Maybe the waiter didn't want to be treated like the scum of the earth anymore by ponsey, up themselves celebrities.

Sadly I had also noticed his absence. I never saw Scott's eviction so dunno what had happened.

I noticed that the that the waiter has disappeared. I didn't notice Scot's eviction...but if he did walk past how rude.

I thought the lack of waiter was down to one word. BUDGET. The additional cost not previously budged for to fly in a presenter to assist Kelly (even Ant & Dec couldn't make her look good and they do a great job)
