For me it was Vic Reeves, I was really chuffed when I heard he was going in, being a fan of his TV work. I don't know whether it was because he was part of a married couple in the jungle but to me he came across as a bit of a miserable git.

Well there you are, which celeb didn't live up to your expectations ?........

john lydon gave great value for money during his stay, he wasn't a let down for me, even when he walked.

vic reeves,yeah i agree, that was a spectacular non-event.

apart from that, i suppose phina oruche was a big let down, somebody that famous shouldn't expose so many of their failings on a television show. i simply can't take her acting seriously anymore. sorry.

good point, I was gutted when he walked. He said something about not wanting to compete with "these nice people".
I think he was begging to be voted off although there was another rumour that he won a bet with Neil Ruddock on who would last longer and he walked the next day.......

I agree. He was a breath of fresh air whilst he was in and I really wanted him to stay through to the end.

Chris Bisson....but then I may have been confusing his TV characters with his personality in my expectations.

I did love that blow up sofa, though.

Mike Read was a let down for me. What did he do in there. I though he was such a funny man, but then when he got in there?
Jimmy Connors

Sian Lloyd. I think that's how you spell her name. And Nancy Sorrell.

Mike Reed too.

Vic Reeves clearly thought he was above the show. Personally I think he's the most unfunny man I've ever seen on television. Terribly overrated.

From itv's point of view it was jenny Frost, they thought she would alays wear skimpy outfits like jordan, nell and Mylenne. But spent most of the time wrapped up in an anorak. They paid her over 100k to appear.

Vic Reeves was massively disappointing but Huggy Bear I think was the biggest let-down.

We were all expecting the actual Huggy Bear and we got a disinterested, melancholy actor.

Good grief! There are so many I'd forgotten and thankfully so as the memories are far from pleasant!!!

I agree that Vic Reeves was a huge let down. I'm a big fan but he was very dull.
