Real Time Editing
I am about to get into editing my camcorder footage on a new PC. But I am slightly confused about the specs I need on the PC to do real time editing. Assuming I have the correct sockets (Phono, S-video, firewire in and out + USB2), to cover all formats, do I need specific hardware or software to be able to edit footage in real time?
Also, what size hard drive, and RAM should I be looking at to be able to work on material that will fill a 2hr DVD-R at highest quality? |
