Wonder if anyone can help as I think I have tried everything. Set up my new DS 533 2 days ago. Plugged both the Phono (aux) and coaxal into my Lite-on DVD player.
Whenever the sound goes low or silent like in a film with no background noise, the sound seems to mute completely until one of the characters talk then it springs back into action. The thing is that there is a slight lag before the sound jumps back into action.
The only way I can explain it is like when a walkie talkie or similiar is in voc mode and the reciever jumps into action by voice activation. Can anyone tell me why this might be happening?
