What happens if you plug a pc monitor in? does it work? I'm guessing that if it displays anything at all it will be a small pic with a large black border, as there is nowhere to set the resolution?

I am sure this will not work,as your output is going to be RGB and the monitor will require RGB+H+V (component+H+V sync) Sorry !
