Patrick can't keep on pretending to be Denise's father. Bert visits his ex-wife in a hospice.

Discuss tonight's episode here. Should be good, I'm looking forward to it.

He found out he wasn't Denise's father a few weeks ago. He just didn't tell Denise the truth. Seems that everyone in Albert Square has trouble telling the truth.

The actress playing Bert's ex-wife is really familiar - was she in Brookside? Anyone know?

That's what's great about EastEnders, you're not overloaded with the same stuff all the time, and they spand each story over a week.

Loving the Bert stuff - I've always loved this character, and I hope this storyline shows other people that Bert's a great member of the show.

When does Linda Henry make her first appearance, is it this week? Probably too late for today from the looks of things.

I'm not saying they should be the focus of the episode but it would be nice to know how the kids reacted to Ian and Jane being back together. One or two scenes would have been fine.
