Watching paint dry would be better than either of these
two of the worst programmes to appear on the TV |

Little britain, I've never watched an episode of Catherine Tate, all the clips of the show I've seen have not been funny so I didn't think there was any point watching it...

I think that both shows are very stale and well past their best.

Catherine Tate.
Little Britain is great too, though. But better than them both, Little Miss Joycelin on BBC3

I think both have had their day now, this last series of Catherine Tate has been disappointing.
"That Mitchell and Webb Look" is the one to take over, |

I do like Catherine Tate (not all the characters though) but the first series of Little Britain is, IMO, the best comedy to come out of the UK in the 00's.
The 2nd and third series were disappointing though. I watched Little Britain from the pilot episode and it was probably my very favourite programme until the second series. So on the strength of the first series, Little Britain. PS, my favourite Catherine Tate sketch is the posh family who always go way OTT! "Now children, I want you to stay calm..." "What is it Mummy?" "Daddy hasn't been able to get any brie" "Nooooooooooooooo!!"
