Digital Camera Advice Please.

Some advice needed please.

I have an Olympus digital camera (FE100X - 4.0 mega pixels).

I intend taking it on holiday but haven't really used it yet. Thing is, I'm not sure how many photos it can hold before I transfer them to a computer. In the user manual it says it can hold from 9 to 160 pics depending on size. I don't really understand that. I need to store the maximum amount. There is no removable memory card (as far as I can see - the manual is a bit sparse with advice!)

Will it hold a good amount of pics before I need to transfer?

Many thanks in advance.

Firstly, it depends on the size of your memory card [internal]. Probably between 64mb - 128mb by the sounds of it.

Then, if you take photos in fine mode or best shot mode, that gives you fewer shots than in normal mode.

Your best bet,get another memory card of 512 or higher. That will store ample pics over the duration of you holiday.
