A friend of mine ordered his Tosh 32" for the World Cup from them. All fine with delivery and no other problems reported.

I have used them a lot in the past for online purchases, as have many of my friends with no problems. Generally a very reputable company.

Their after sales service is excellent too.
I bought my Daughter a Pioneer Dvd Recorder from them last Christmas. She recently managed to get a disc jammed inside it and broke the front off the drawer trying to release it. She contacted them and they arranged for Parcel Force to collect it a couple of days later, it was repaired and returned within a week, Digital Direct even contacted my daughter to advise her it was repaired and arranged a convenient delivery date. Oh, and the firmware was updated to the latest while it was away. I will certainally buy from them again. |

Another big thumbs up for DigitalDirect. Provided the goods quickly, after Empire Direct failed (twice).
