I'm not qualified to say who was the better dancer, altho I do have my opinion. However the title of the thread is Strictly Favouritism so I feel I must ask why the BBC last week found it necessary to tell the world during SCD that Emma had pulled a muscle but unless I was deaf this evening, no mention was made of Louisa's foot problem that prevented her practising in her normal dance shoes.
I'm no dancer but that IMHO would seem a far greater disadvantage.

Just another example of the favouritism

i do think that emmas lack of public votes throughout the series is becasue of the outrageous favouritism towards her.

She gets away with all sorts and the whole show seems to have been geared up for her. she was named favourite before the show even started and it seems she was the intended winner.

I think the dance off even came about to try and save her. she has been in the bottom 2 twice before tonight yet she still didnt go. louisa has never been in the bottom 2 and i believe she was undermarked tonight and no allowance was made for the fact that she was told by a doctor not to dance this week.

they want to fix it because emma is their star turn and so she was probably guaranteed assistance to get all the way so it wasnt embarrassing for her.

they didnt want their star signing to go out before the final, the whole series was touted using emmas name for months before it started

What is the motivation of the bbc for fixing the show as emma doesn't seem that popular??

I most humbly apologise for being mistaken.
Unfortunately I don't record SCD and then replay it ad nauseum so have to trust my increasingly senile memory.
So I will trust your memory Sir and ask why Craig did not mention Louisa's foot problem

Does that satisfy you? Cos in either case IMHO favouritism was shown.
