The PX600 has the extra features skinj mentioned.

But the panel and processing are the same. No difference in the PQ. So, unless you really need those features, little point in paying extra.

They are both viera models

Both models are the same age, both have the same pq, both are Viera. The 600 is more expensive as it has more features and higher sq. If you dont need the better sound od sd memory slot the 60 is the one to go for, unless the styling is an important feature.
To be honest though it would be quicker for you to look at panasonics website for the differences. Its all listed!

No this is the latest range. If there were newer models out they would also be listed on the Panasonic web site as soon as they were available. The range will change in april/may time as they always do from Panasonic.
