I tried and tried, first I couldn't get through fo Mark and Karren, and then for Louisa and Vincent my two favs, but oddly enough as soon as the phone lines froze, on comes Bruce imediatley, then when the show finally finishes and the phone lines are open for next week, there still engaged, I wanted Lousia to stay in, heart over head i know. not that I am saying fix or anything, but I wanted to vote.

I got an engaged tone once but got through fine the other times.

It sounded like they were carrying forward the votes from the main show, and Emma already had max points from the judges, so I wonder if it was just a case of her having to play catch up to Emma's points and not having enough time? Not certain how it was working.

Voted twice from mobile and once from friend's landline and had only one engaged tone.
