I have the LER732 model

When watching football on Sky+ it looks like its raining (think i may have heard it described as snow) on close up shots.....I dont think it is raining, therefore is this normal....or just something one has to accept on the LCD screen??

No problems with the normal picture, but when I play back programs that have been recorded on Sky+ the picyure occassionaly jumps for a split second showing a blank black screen...and then returns to normal......anyone else had this problem....it has never happened with normal viewing.

this is my first LCD, so i dont know what is normal and what is a fault. The TV is only about 1 week old!

thanks for any help

I get the very same as i have mentioned on other posts.

I have looked all around the net and i think this is a fault with scart imputs:

I also get it with my dvd recorder(with sky programs) and sky+ normal playback.

I have never had it from any other source apart from sky.

Tourchwood & Film 2006 and some others are programs that have this fault with me.

People have said it seems to be bright colours (greens, reds and blues).

Recon after christmas im gonna take it back to Currys... its not so annoying that i wanna be without a telly over the holidays heh

I recently purchased the LE32R73BDX LCD TV and last week-end using my Pace Twin as a source I could for the first time tell the difference between a live broadcast and recorded programme.

Part of the problem is due to a SD source being upscaled to fit the HD display but I also have my suspicions that the electronics associated with the Scart input are not that good on the TV. I plan to swap the current Scart cable with an expensive QED ribbon cable I use elsewhere to eliminate the cabling as a cause. Playing a SD DVD source through Component connections gives an excellent picture.
