Orange - Suddenly itemised bill charges!
If you're on an older monthly contract with Orange that didn't charge for itemised billing, check your latest bill. For December, they added £1.50 to my charges for the itemised bill. They have never warned me that this would be coming. CS said it was printed on my November bill, but it isn't.
So beware! They re-credited the £1.50 . . . and of course you can opt out and view the bill online anyway.

Ah.
Well that was crafty then. Other CS staff need that info. Pretty disingenuous not to mention it nearer the time than six months out, IMHO. Cheers anyway. |

another reason to ditch Orange, it just gets worse and worse... I was an orange customer for over 7 years until about 2 years ago and it's got to the point now where they are the only network I would never consider anymore. They are expensive, customer service stops at 8PM now, little charges here and there for text recipts / itemised billing, no thank you very much, bugger off Orange !

Yeah - rip off!?!?!? Simon Most other networks allow a credit card card mandate free Three do free itemised billing, customer services are open 24/7 as are a lot of networks. There's lots of good tarrifs out there O2 free weekends, Three free live messenger, free slingbox usage, free skype usage, some free music downloads every months and 1 gigabyte of internet browsing per month all included. Orange free internet is limited and shockingly bad, you would be better paying £15 for a normal service without a limit or Sky / CPW. The Orange network hasn't been the most reliable eather it's been off twice this year for hours at a time effecting millions of customers for a while afternoon / evening, imagine if you planned to meet someone somewhere and said you would phone them when you get there to meet up or you broke down somewhere.
