Yeah for business CS. Consumer CS stops at 10pm. The only departments open 24/7 are Lost and Stolen, and Corporate and Liberate CS.
Every UK network charges for itemised billing!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can view your bills online for free anyway!
The text delivery report charge I can't condone though.
Did you know that if you miss a payment date on T-Mobile, you get charged £23.50??????? I know cos I missed my payment by 2 days!
Well, your choice, but there are worse networks out there.... If you don't like paying 1p for a delivery report, turn it off! If you don't like paying £3.50 for not paying by DD, then pay by DD! (All the networks charge a non-DD fee), if you don't like paying for itemised billing, take it off! (All the networks charge).
Stop moaning about small things.... there are a lot worse charges on the other networks to worry about.
Yes I work for them, and if I thought otherwise I would criticise them.... but the tariffs are strong (when bought direct) - the charges are in line with the other UK networks, and you can get free broadband as well......
Yeah - rip off!?!?!?
Simon”
No other network charges for text recipts...
Most other networks allow a credit card card mandate free
Three do free itemised billing, customer services are open 24/7 as are a lot of networks.
There's lots of good tarrifs out there O2 free weekends, Three free live messenger, free slingbox usage, free skype usage, some free music downloads every months and 1 gigabyte of internet browsing per month all included. Orange free internet is limited and shockingly bad, you would be better paying £15 for a normal service without a limit or Sky / CPW.
The Orange network hasn't been the most reliable eather it's been off twice this year for hours at a time effecting millions of customers for a while afternoon / evening, imagine if you planned to meet someone somewhere and said you would phone them when you get there to meet up or you broke down somewhere.
