Hello Everyone,
Lets hope someone can help me?

I have just ordered a DVR-545HX Pioneer DVR, an d i wanted to check how to set it up.

At the moment i have :

Pioneer 427XD connnect via scart to Sky+ (TV output)
DVD player connected to PDP via scart
Philips video sender connected to Sky VCR output to allow me to watch Sky upstairs.
TV aerial goes straight into the PDP and loops through analogue and DVB terminals so i enjoy both formats.

I want to remove the DVD and add the DVR but i want to keep my video sender and record from SKY+ with the best quality.

Whats the best way?
Is the VCR output on the SKY+ box capable of transmitting RGB to the DVR? Or would i have to route the SKY+ to PDP (RGB) into a splitter and then into the PDP and DVR?

I am so confused, any ideas???

Ummm perhaps you need professional help? That sounds a bit complicated to me. I found the Tech Guys quite helpful when I was trying to set up my TV. Or course you have to be willing to pay which is not the best.
