I went this afternoon and ADORED it!!
I really hope Jonathan and Katusha win but I don't think they will. The crowd seemed to love Mirko and Alessia!! Please can someone either tell me where to look for the results or tell me when they know? Thanks so much, much appreciated! xx

Results won't be up much before 12 tonight, Dancesportinfo will probably have people there at the comp who will update as soon as they are announced like they did in Blackpool.

Mirko and Alessia, Timmy and Jo, Michele and Monica, Jonathan and Lyn, Jonathan and Katusha, Victor and Anna, Alexei and Tatiana, Chris and Justyna, Roberto and Morena, Domen and Monica, Seiji and Emi and finally the lovely Domenico and Gioia!

I thought they were absolutely AMAZING to watch and luckily they weren't in the same heats and Jonathan and Katusha so I was able to devote time to each
As much as I loved Mirko and Alessia - they were absolutely stunning I would just LOVE Jonathan and Katusha to win because they are such a georgeous couple and they haven't won yet

Nobody has a chance against the Italian stallions.

If we were to see any others win it apart from them, it would have to be Timmy and Jo . . . they've worked so hard for this for so long and they've been so very nearly there for what seems like forever.

Plus, you gotta have support for the English, what little of them are left in the finals nowadays!

Well I perhaps might casually congratulate her on winning SCD with Mark, and slip in that I voted and thought the AT was phenomonal, and then I'd stay quiet.

LM You would have loved it - captive audience - you could sit there all afternoon discussing technique and sharing cookies

It wasn't as much that I was star struck as that I knew if I opened my mouth I'd say completely the wrong thing! PLus she seemed engrossed in the dancing anyway!

And Becca, I thought Timothy and Joanne were great, and I'd love to see and English couple win but I have to say I didn't think they stuck out as much for me (I have even less clue on ballroom than I do on latin so I'm going on appearance here) but going on crowd reaction and general performance I'd be very surprised if Mirko and Alessia didn't win!!

The layout for the final is exactly what I thought it would be!! Excellent! It means that when I think someone has a good technique I'm not completely off the mark!

There are three british couples in there, thats not bad really!

All I can say is that I feel absolutely mortified for Eugene and Maria and Timmy and Jo.

I am really pleased with the verdict! I knew that Mirko and Alessia would win but its fantastic that Jonathan and Katusha came second, I do think they deserve that as I felt they were dancing better than Timothy and Joanne yesterday!

My friend and I thought Eugene and Maria were awesome! Aswell as the russian couple .... but hey what do I know ...

I agree, these things need to happen so that the competition stays fresh, but that's the worst result in a long time for Timothy and Joanne.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens at Blackpool to find out whether they were just having a bad day.
