Well at least not between the Doctor and his companions. Here's what what DT had to say about Freema in "It's Hot"

"Freema was a joy to work with in episode 12 of the last series. She is not only very talented and beautiful, she's great fun and I'm delighted she's coming on board the TARDIS full time. I can't wait to welcome her into the Who family!"

That's assuming no incest agenda from RTD.

Bearing in mind Jack is pretending to be his own father or possibly grandfather in some stories I'm quite sure there could be some not so subtle hints towards that end just to stir up a little outrage
