New Trim feature is really bad, as the setting of the pink markers has to be done in real time. The old version used to have pause and frame by frame advance and rewind.
The new Trim (Yellow button in Recorded Programs list) allows you to split a recording, save one or several sections of a recording, and delete one or several sections.
