I am trying to download the latest software and am suffering yet another memory lapse.

I have done this before but always get confused when it comes to clicking on the yellow folder.
Which file am I supposed to browse to before clicking on the 'download' button?

The file you are selecting is pgxtf10010_all.hdf which you should have just downloaded from the Humax global website. Either save it on the desktop or in a folder (call it Humax, and keep all the different versions if you like)

I'm having the same problem when quicking on the yellow file. However I do not have the file mentioned anywhere having downloaded both of the tools (and re-downloaded). Please can anyone help?

You have to download the tools AND also the .hdf (the new firmware programme) that you are going to load the hummy with.

It is near the bottom of the page on the HCSA downlod page, you might also want to download the latest LOADER too.

You transfer one programme and then go through the WHOLE process for a second time - you cannot do them both at once.

It really is easier than it sounds, it took me longer to find Winoak on my PC than to do the transfers; but do make sure that you let the hummy complete each stage - do not rush to switch off too quickly.
