Can you edit DVD-RW discs, like you can DVD-RAM?

yeh as long as you havent closed the session, you only really need to close the session (finalise) when your going to use the disk in a non DVDRW drive, i.e. a standalone dvd player

You mean like finalizing? Do you have to do that to play the DVD-RW discs on all players?

You cannot edit -RW when its recorded in VIDEO mode.
However in VR mode you can edit with all the tricks of HDD and RAM. But VR recordings are highly unlikely to play in any other players |
