I received the following in an "funny" email at work (you know the type) about new English words and immediately thought of Bruno:

"TESTICULATING: Waving your arms around and talking B*ll*cks."

Just wondered if any other forumites had developed any other terms appropriate to the SCD experience?

tittarubba, masc. tittarubbo: Dance move seen in strange paso dobles where dancer wipes greasy fingers on bosoms.

Lamiair: Hip shake, intensely attractive, patented by Mark Ramprakash, stands for :Look At Me I Am So Intensely Rogerable.

Amdogwillpiss: Raised leg move incorporated unfailingly by Miss Bunton into each of her dances, also called the do'luvpee.

HAAH: A term that requires no explanation for frequent visitors to GMR.

Spank Me pants: Pants tight enough to show off the gluteus maximus to its best. Sometimes awakes a desire to spank the wearer of such clothing.

How about:

Trees: Matt and Mark supporters

Edit: Please could someone explain HAAH? I don't visit other appreciation threads except Anton's but now very intrigued by what HAAH could mean! Thanks!!

Ugh - a move in dancing where the dancer wiggles his bum in the audiences faces whilst looking over his shoulder with a 'Hello Ducky'* expression on his face

*Can't remember who mentioned the Hello Ducky bit originally, but it was very, very apt so I nicked it

HAAH - Hour And A Half. In respect of Mark's past indiscretion.

Thanks Cape! Still a bit puzzled by the 'indiscretion' - is my mind too innocent, or is it trying too hard to think naughty thoughts?

Well, Some tabloids, which I willl not mention by name, ran a story about Mark's stray peccadillos, and obviously the one and only detail of interest in there was the fact that when it happend, it lasted for a marathon hour and a half. Could any other fact be of more interest to Rampants? Hence the HAAH.

I think that may have been me! I was un-naturally obsessed (and not in a good way) with the bum wiggle for a while. I've made my peace with it now though.

HHHHMMMM, interesting: much mention on ITT of the "marathon" the boys will facing in the final ~ surely not a ballroom, a latin, a showdance and a ????????

(Though Arlene would probably be right up for it, seeing as how all she wants is raw sex....)

Studmuffin - word used to describe a member of the masculine sex who is a sexy beast. as used to describe Bill Turnbull and Len Goodman. (nb this has nothing to do with cookies or cakes, it might do though seeing the first person who used it is the cookie monster )

Prawnhead - word commonly used to address someone who refuses to adhere to the rules within a given dance, performing illegal lifts, aka Brendan.

Ovate: can be used as an alternative to 'relate' as in 'many women will ovate to this'. If used in conjunction with a view of GMR- spot on!

How about these?

Gerriatric (noun) = judges and tv producers hororogically endowed with an alleged bias towards ex spice girls.

Gerriatric (noun) = to be unbelievably generous in marking the above mentioned.

Craig (noun) originally Welsh, meaning rock = a stony hearted judge!
