Having seen there website it looks like it could be very useful.
Has anybody used it? There are a couple of particular things i would like to know firstly in the terms and conditions it says that the can't be used as a modem to access the internet via a laptop, is there a way that they can tell whether you have linked your phone to a laptop.
Also you get unlimited access to Skype and the calls are free but what happens if you go abroad will you still be able to use the Skype facilities?

Point one..... you have to dial into the network to establish a connection when using a phone as a modem (usually *99# or similar) - so they can easily tell when this facility is used and knowing 3 they have probably blocked it in the phone software.

Re Skype: International roaming voice call charges will apply when making Skype calls from 3's networks overseas (from 3's T+C's) and remember that calls can only be made to Skype users on-line and on 3's networks. There is no facility to use Skype to call normal telephone numbers.

Hope the above helps.

PS T-Mobile offer modem use on Web'N'Walk Pro at £12.50 a month for 1GB of usage on their Flext plans.
