OneForAll Remote

I have just bought a OneForAll remote and have managed to set up everything apart from my DVD/HDD box. (Philips) I'm not even sure if I should be setting it up as a DVD or SAT box.

Anyone know how I can set this up or whether it is possible?

Give customer services a ring and they will tell you if its a code you need or a software download to make the remote work for your device.
