Looking at display the menu graphics are the same as a cheap £20 mp3 player i bought of ebay months ago. I now own an ipod and the word ipod isn't above the scroll wheel, the middle button has no pictute on it and the bottom of the scroll wheel should have play/pause not vol.

Also looking at the sellers location, i'd guess it's a cheap import from china.

States "not an import," their is no 1GB for sale anymore. But the first gen nano had a 1GB model I think. I bet the person who won that auction is going to be dissapointed.

It's absolutely not an iPod!

"This Auctioned Item Contains:
Item(s) as shown on the picture(s) and all the components in original packaging. Item is brand new in box and unopened."

Gotta love that wording.

They could describe an elephant and you end up with what the picture shows.

Considering that the iPods don't have a shiny logo or the word iPod on the front and the buttons are different, it quite clearly isn't an iPod.

The screen is way too big, the position of the click wheel is wrong and the 'wording' on the buttons is wrong.

No way is that a nano.
