philips 5960 dvd player
i'm thinking of buying one of these, i was wondering what everybody thought of them. i download alot of tv programs which are avi files, i'm hoping the 5960 will stop me wasting time converting them to dvd and mpeg. does this feature work well ? and will it still play my mpeg and vob files ? also does the multi-region hack work ?
thanx |

I got a Philips DVD Recorder (DVDR 610) free with my Philips plasma. Now I have never had any problems with the TV, but the DVD Recorder is a piece of SH*T, there are loads of better makes/models than Philips. The multi region hack did work on my dvdr610.
I have just ordered an Evesham DVD1000 Hi Def conversion DVD player from lowestonweb, reviews are good, want it for the same purpose as you. |
