I think it is meant to be ironic that most of the Dingles have biblical names...after all, they aren't law abiding citizens.
What about the women though? Their names don't seem to be that biblicle!

Regarding Faith, we know of Charity, is there a Hope too? I think there might be.
Lisa and Nellie are not Dingles by birth, although I am surprised there wasn't some Dingle law that made them change their name.
