hi i was wondering if anyone got one of these in there xmas stocking.and was having the same problem i was with the sansa media converter software...
i read the review of this item in a magazine called computeractive and the review said good things about this player and the music side of the player is spot on .with the music u just attach the player to your pc using the cable provided and drop and drag the music to the right folder ..but with the video u have to use the players own software the "sansa media converter" which convertes it to quicktime files this is ok if the video is under 15 minutes otherwise a error message comes up on the player to convert this file using the software provided..i have tried using ashmpoo's shrink and burn software and others like imtoo and drag and drop the file to the player but no luck.
i have the latest quicktime files but can't see a update for the software on the sansa site..any help ?
best regards bladerunner1962

I've no idea if it'll answer your question, but it's worth a look (I don't have one myself btw).
