My Akura ADV142s DVD player has gone barmy.
When swithched on either by Remote or Manual it shows diagonal lines flowing across the TV screen standing idle. All the features of the player function and also a DVD disc whatever it might be, plays in the background with fuzzy images and clear sound. This has only occurred since transporting it between two homes over Christmas. I've checked all the ribbon connections inside etc. all appear to be ok.
Does this mean its ready for the bin or can it be repaired.??
