From what I can gather Dan, Matt, Kristina and Pam are the only ones returning from last year. Olga who was John's partner is now doing Swan Lake, and Marika who is Sean's partner is a judge so is unable to take part due to some kind of skating union rules.
No, Marika is not a Judge, she's a Technical Specialist. I wrote about her reasons fully in the Pros Thread - look in there for a full explanation and links.

Indeed they can't please everyone but I would expect better from DOI producers. Kyran Whatshisname and Mark Ramp are the same- a pair of unknown sportsmen.
