Itunes cost

This isn't another rant about the prices on itunes, I know that each track cost 79p but how much is an album? I have tried to find it on the website but they just keep redirecting me to download their software so can someone who uses it please tell me the cost if an average album?

Thanks Leyla

Erm, Think its £7.99, but haven't got iTunes open at the moment to confirm that.

Depends on the album. anyway, what's he problem with downloading the software? It's free, you don't have to use it and you can uninstall it.

It varies.

Looking down the top 100 on iTunes, most are in the £7.90 or £7.99 bracket.

A few are a tenner (the current Aguilera one and Beyonce) and a few bigger albums are a little more (NOW65).

The good thing is though that you can cherry pick the tracks you like. You can listen to 30s samples as well.

A typical album will be £7.90.

As said above, longer albums will cost more, as will those that have videos or bonus tracks with them.

I love iTunes. 79p is a great price especially for rare 6/7 minute tracks that you can't get anywhere else.

If your going to be buying albums you may as well get them in CD form from somewhere like play.com

Full quality, no restrictions, hard copy and case and booklet. Even maybe cheaper.

Your right I can't see any advantage of downloading an album.

that's very true. iTunes just plays on the more impatient amongst us. i'd rather have the cd album too, but i'm too lazy to wait for it to get delivered. there is no substitute for owning the compact disc.
