Help with e-voucher top up
I have T-mobile, and my brother brought a e-voucher worth £10 to top up on my phone. It looks like some receipt. (I am a complete novice with phones).
When I dial 150, then press 1, and then 2 (following the instructions), I am prompted to insert my 16 digit code. When I do this, it just says it cannot process it or something. I am kinda worried about this, and I need help. I looked at the t-mobile site but its useless and does not help. Is there a specific time when I have to top up or something? Thanks. |

From 150 go through to T-Mobile customer service and tell them maybe they can do it for you.
