Hi, can anyone tell me if this http://www.play.com/Electronics/Elec...searchsource=0
can detect the widescreen signal from my digibox?

It's a manual device so won't "detect" anything. If what you mean is will it pass the signal through pin 8 then very probably.

Go for the Smart-Scart from Bluedelta, info here http://www.bluedelta.co.uk/Smart-SCART.htm
Its fully automatic and all ports are RGB-enabled

Its available from Maplin here http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...677&doy=search
Its cheaper in-store for some reason (£24.99), so look for your nearest Maplin

Well now I know, it doesn't. Ah well, it does give a nice clear RGB signal, no 'spill over' from the other sources.
