Power lead for portable stereo missing

Don't know if this is the correct forum.

We have an Alba portable stereo with built-in speakers (a bit like this: http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/...V67070747_.jpg) and the power lead has gone missing, so we have to use batteries at the moment.

I don't know what the lead is called but the connector that goes into the back of the stereo is shaped like a number eight.

I thought I could find one on the Internet if I knew what it was called.

Its a figure 8 power lead which you can pick up for £1 from any pound shop or small shop. You will pay more over the internet. You must have a small general goods store near you
