O2 Insurance question
JSemple3

Tomorrow I'll have to phone and claim a new mobile on insurance as I kind of lost it. Going to get the number thingy from police and that then phone however when you claim do you have to accept same phone you lost (in my case it will be a K800I) I kind of fancy a W850I as that looks smarter. Probably asking this more in hope but sure somebody can tell me.

Have a look on the O2 website thingy for the terms and conditions of the insurance.

How do you kind of lose a mobile?

Don't ask! Think with the amount of stuff I lost last year somebody's more than made a fortune from me!

Not a chance you will get another model, and as you 'sort of lost it' they will give you a refurb phone and block your other phone so the other person who 'sort of' found the phone cannot use it either.
