It'll get there in the end..the network takes a little while to sort itself out after new years. I remember a few years ago the same happened to me..give it time!

My missus and myself are on O2 and have been sending and receiving texts without a problem must be your N73
have you checked the sms settings on the phone if you have and there ok dial 202 it will get you through to O2 customer services if fthe phone prove to be faulty take it into an O2 shop if under a month they will replace it otherwise they send it away for repair. My collegue is on O2 and he apologiesed today because he didn't txt me on New Years Eve. He said that his phone just wouldn't receive or send txt's or make or receive calls.
He got all he NYE txt's yesterday afternoon. So seems that some people on O2 are having major problems. Im on three and had no problems at all.. |

Everyone I know on 02 in the Ayrshire area seem to have problems with texting at some point. Its the one network I avoid when I am looking for a new mobile.
Oh, yeah OnexOne I know a couple of guys who work in there and they are a couple of posers.

OnexOne - I had the same problem a while back, seems that O2online and O2 are treated as different companies
![]() O2 online told me to go to a shop and the shop said they couldn't deal with it as I bought it online. Go figure. Fortunately the shop let me use their phone to call O2 online customer services and the whole shop heard my conversation. A few of them told me that they thought it was ridiculous and at least I felt better for making them look stupid! |
