IPod Car Kits
Hi Folks,
Has anyone got any advice on the IPod Car Kits? Are they any good and what is the sound quality like? I have a Megane and the cigarette lighter socket is quite near the gearstick and I’m sure that it won’t fit or will be pretty close to the gear stick. Cheers |

I had the same problem.
I bought an I-trip, which just fits in the bottom of the Ipod. It is about the same size as an AA battery. It works from the battery on the Ipod, so doesnt need to be plugged into your cigarette lighter. You can find it here |

Hi there,
I was wondering what type of car you had (as a lot of the newer Fords have a line-in AUX socket in the glove compartment so that you can plug it directly into there). I'm guessing that if it's a new'ish car then it might be worth checking if it has this. |
