I think I am sticking only to this thread now, and the one liners, as the stuff being said about Dirks political leanings by some people is a bit daft. As I said on another thread, I assume those people only mix with friends and family who have the same political leanings as them or they would be hypocritical.

Nice that we all try and get along and tolerate others views!

I guess it had to happen though, Dirk is fav to win with the bookies so he knives have to come out, thank goodness DS very rarely gets it right with regards to the rest of the BB viewing public, if this carries on!

I am not bothered if Dirk doesn't win though, as long as he enjoys his time in the BB house as more of a positive rather than a negative experience and has endeared himself to some of the housemates and also the viewing public I doubt he is bothered about winning anyway

Me too, I don't care if he wins, past caring about that on reality tv shows as the GBP usually mess up! I don't even vote anymore. I want him to stay in a while though as I am really enjoying watching him.

I am sorry... as I said the same about Niiki, this early in the Show lst summer... it's game over... no matter what happens Dirk has already won...

He will get the most exposure... his ramblings and memories and the language he uses guarantees him slots on pretty much any Shwo he wishes... his past as an actor involved in one of the most popular action TV series to be broadcast is also beneficial.... but most of all... him being a near recluse for the last 20 odd years makes him a bit of a mystery, despite his CBB run, in whoch if you listen he is still quite guarded... his physical health, well being and good looks especially for his age, make him an advertiser's dream?
