I usually allow roughly a 7 hour time lapse. My son travels to the USA a lot and mostly there is roughly a 7 hour difference. Hope you are right about it being nearer 5 hours though

Yes. I heard this already about lunchtime. At the end of the show (after the telephone interview with a congressman) they say their show is on at 9am 'mountain time' tomorrow. That's 4pm UK time. Hopefully the show will be live then.

In defence of Americans, i spend roughly a month a year in the States and have always found the people i've met over there to be charming and friendly unfortunately theres always going to be a few odd 'uns everywhere. After all im hoping Dirk doesn't think all English women are like Jo or Jade or that all middle aged women are like Carol!
