Wireless mp3 streaming

I'm thinking of buying either a Squeezebox or a Pinnacle (Roku) Soundbridge, to be able to stream my music across my wireless network to my stereo.

But I'm kinda torn between these:

Pinnacle Soundbridge M1000 for £149

Pinnacle Soundbridge HomeMusic Network Music Player for £99

Squeezebox 3 Wireless Network Player

Now I may be dense, but could someone explain to me why the Squeezebox is over a 100 quid more expensive than the Soundbridge?

And I can't even figure out the difference between the two Soundbridges. Doesn't the audio quality rely on the mp3 and the stereo?
