And TG continues to defy expectations - it's really found a new audience. Wonder if we'll be getting several weeks of "Best ofs" when this pitifully short series ends next week?

Despite this BBC2's share year on year is down quite a lot. Why?

Winter Olympics started in that week in 2006, which did very well ratings wise. They were also showing Who Do You Think You Are?

I know what you mean. This thread is extremely difficult to follow.

I wish the guessing was done in some other thread.

Easiest way to tell is by looking at the bolded headers above the actual numbers.

Wow Benidorm is doing great...I love that show.

Its doing ok, but hardly great. It seems to have settled down now. its done enough to earn a 2nd series.

Considering its time slot and that it's on ITV... i'd say it was doing great. So many shows don't even make it to the end of their run without being dropped or moved to another time slot, so to get another series is good news.

I would hope it can build its following in a second series. It has a good advantage for a comedy show of being quite funny. It has some great dialogue.

BBC1 Neighbours is doing terrible looking at those viewing figures and shares (18% share at 5:35pm! )
