How exactly is it the Indian call centre's fault if your mobile network hasn't paid for enough staff there to answer their calls?
Incidentally, I'm on 3, and on the odd occasion when I have needed to speak to them, I've been through to an advisor within seconds of choosing the appropriate menu option.
